New South Glasgow Hospitals Project
A new "super hospital" in Glasgow, which is expected to treat 110,000 patients every year, will be built on the site of the existing Southern General Hospital.  It will have one of the biggest emergency departments in Scotland, 1,109 beds in single-room accommodation and 20 state-of-the-art operating theatres.

Canary Wharf Group
Brookfield and its partners own a significant stake in Canary Wharf Group plc, an integrated property development and investment company focused on the Canary Wharf Estate, a major part of the Central London Office Market. The Canary Wharf Estate extends over 97 acres and the development focuses exclusively on Grade A office space and high quality retail facilities.

The Pinnacle
We are building a 72 storey state-of-the-art commercial office tower on Bishopsgate in the City of London; the heart of the financial district. 1 million square feet of floor space, 62 commercial office floors.  At 288 metres tall, with a distinctive snakeskin façade spiralling to the top, it will be the tallest tower in the City and the focal point for London’s skyline into the future. 

20 Canada Square, Canary Wharf
A 12-storey, 555,000 square foot, state-of-the-art office property within the Canary Wharf Estate. The property is connected to the Canada Place retail mall and the London Underground station.

Eden, High Wycombe

A new 825,000 sq ft shopping centre including two anchor stores, 105 retail units, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, leisure facilities, new bus station, library, 48 residential units and car parking. The Centre opened in Spring 2008.

Friars Square, Aylesbury
A 315 000 sq. ft. shopping centre comprising of 50 shop units, restaurants, car parking and bus station. An intensive asset management programme is underway to refresh tenant mix.

Peterborough Hospital
A PFI project comprising of a 612-bed acute facility (95,000m2), a 102-bed mental health unit (9,000m2) and a 34-bed integrated care centre (9,000m2) together with a multi-storey car park.

Strata SE1, London
As part of the regeneration of Elephant and Castle, this project comprises two residential buildings, with 408 residential apartments. The principal building is 43 storey high and will house three wind turbines generating electricity for the building.  www.stratalondon.com

Newcastle City Centre, Newcastle
A 10 acre mixed use development site featuring a retail and leisure facility, hotel, HQ office campus and residential development.

Wembley National Stadium, London
The Wembley Stadium is a multi-purpose 90,000 seat stadium capable of holding a variety of events such as football, rugby, american rules football matches, concerts and corporate functions. The state-of-the-art design which is topped off by the 133m high arch, ensures that none of the 90,000 spectators’ views are obstructed.

Manresa Road, London
Retention and refurbishment of an existing façade and construction of a 6-storey building comprising 15 luxury apartments.

Knightsbridge, London
6-star residential development consisting of 201 apartments contained in two blocks.

Project Lateral, London
Construction and fit-out of six luxury apartments.

Eaton Place, London
Redevelopment of a large private house; retaining the external structure and complete modernisation of the interior.
