Brookfield and its partners own a significant stake in Canary Wharf Group plc, an integrated property development and investment group focused on the Canary Wharf Estate, a major part of the Central London Office Market. The Canary Wharf Estate extends over 97 acres and the development focuses exclusively on Grade A office space and high quality retail facilities.

20 Canada Square, Canary Wharf
A 12-storey, 555,000 square foot, state-of-the-art office property within the Canary Wharf Estate. The property is connected to the Canada Place retail mall and the London Underground station.

Eden, High Wycombe
The project is a comprehensive re-development of the site surrounding the existing Octagon shopping centre, with a retail driven mixed use development linked to the existing centre. The site includes two anchor stores, 55 retail units, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, leisure facilities, new bus station, library, 48 residential units and car parking.
